Affinity Seminar - Strategic Planning Round Table - CANCELED

This strategic business planning workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs develop an understanding of one method to develop a strategic plan for their business. It is a robust inter-active workshop led by Fred deRoode, a long time Woodlands business owner and now a Woodlands SCORE Counselor. Other SCORE Mentors, including the workshop developer Dick Hall, who have years of experience counseling business owners will also participate.
In this workshop you will:

• Clarify why you believe you need a strategic business plan.
• Learn one method for developing your strategic plan based upon historical approaches to strategic planning merged with a unique business model methodology that ensures you understand the changes you must make and the impacts of the changes on different segments of your business.
• Complete three simple exercises to focus your attention of the specific internal issues that may impact your future business success.
• Be encouraged to participate and you will have ample time to make sure you walk away fully understanding of how to approach developing a strategic plan that fits your unique environment.
• Have the opportunity to continue your strategic planning initiative with a SCORE mentor of your choice at a later date.
• Not have to reveal anything personal or proprietary.
