Business After Hours - September 2017

For those that are traveling directly to the festival grounds, you will enter off FM 1774 where the corporate office is just north of the main entrance.   If you arrive before the bus, we ask that you wait in the parking lot and follow in behind the bus as we will be driving directly to the venue. How will you know if you arrive before the bus?  Once the bus arrives we will begin placing directional markers so you know which way to go.  

The Texas Renaissance Festival is gearing up to kick-off their 2017 season. They are excited to host the Chamber's Business After Hours and showcase their new outdoor venue LaTaverna de Festa and wonderful food, along with some new flavors to the famous turkey leg.   Casual dress (high heels discouraged).

BUS TRANSPORTATION IS FULL AND CLOSED! PLEASE MEET US AT THE FESTIVAL AND THERE WILL BE A SHUTTLE FROM THEIR PARKING LOT TO THE EVENT.

Please be aware that transportation will only be provided to those that pre-register for the bus, not the event.  Your RSVP for attending the event, is NOT your registration for bus transportation.

If you drive yourself, there will be a shuttle from their parking lot to the venue.

During the next few months, the Chamber's Community Relations Team (CRT) will be encouraging Chamber Members to bring Gift Cards to our events to be donated to the Harvey disaster relief efforts. They can be from WalMart, Target, Kroger, HEB, Gas Cards, Home Depot, Lowe's, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and be sure to include your business card so we can give a shout out to you. 

Business After Hours is a complimentary social providing you with opportunities to meet, mingle & exchange business cards with over 100 business professionals.
