Chairman's Ball 2016

Welcome to our upcoming Chairman’s Ball scheduled for Saturday, August 20, 2016. This event will be held at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel from 6:00 pm to Midnight.
 
We are very excited to announce our theme this year,
“Havana Nights: An Evening in the Islands” honoring our outgoing Chairman of the Board, Keaton McDaniel.
 
This “black-tie-optional” formal (or choose attire to go along with the theme is also highly encouraged) event pulls out all the stops to help promote yourself and/or showcase your business. 
 
We have several different avenues that can benefit your business whether it is being a Sponsor, a Table Top Decorator or simply by making Reservations to attend the event.  By committing to being a Table Top Decorator, (which there is no fee to participate), you simply choose the amount you’d like to invest in your decorations to showcase your business, reaching approximately 500 people for four hours.  Ten people (not you) will be sitting at “your” table, so you’ll want to plan on “wowing” them!  Also, one lucky winner at each table will be walking home with the table centerpiece that you’ve specially created.  In order to decorate a table, the only requirement is that you must be a Chamber Member. Space is limited so register today!   Also, Sponsorships are available at many different levels, so see how your business can be involved in the event. Reservations are accepted per person, or purchasing a table of ten is also available. You can expect an exceptional meal and an exciting evening of dancing and entertainment.
