Join us St. Patrick’s Day Weekend (rain or shine) at the lawn in Market Street in The Woodlands for free fitness classes that will begin on the hour. This event is open to the public, free of charge. From 9a-4p, come also visit booths of Chamber members who are showcasing their healthcare & wellness related services available to all Montgomery County residents.

The Chamber’s Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo is being held, Saturday, March 18th, 2017 from 9:00am to 4:00pm (with various fitness classes beginning on the hour) taking place in Market Street, a unique open air, pedestrian friendly, and main street setting. The Expo will be located around the Central Core.

• Must bring 10+ participants to workout session
• Must provide additional equipment for 10 guests to join the workout
• Must provide a detailed description of the workout session to The Chamber for approval
*Chamber will have all demonstration participants sign a Fitness Center Waiver & Release of Liability Form
