PetFest

Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Tomball is hosting their 4th annual PetFest and Blessing of the Animals Saturday, October 8, from 10am to 3pm. Admission is free. There will be activities and attractions for all ages, including food from Mel's, silent raffles, live music by the Almost Heaven Bluegrass Band, demonstration by Harris County Precinct 4 K-9 unit, pet costume contest, and Blessing of the Animals. Vendors will have items for sale and rescue groups will have information on animal adoption and fostering opportunities. The event benefits two Tomball animal rescue groups: Abandoned Animal Rescue (AAR) and Tiny Paws. AAR will also have a low-cost mobile veterinary clinic on-site during the event.
