Picnic in Grand Central Park April 30

Take a step back in time and enjoy Houston's Tastiest Picnic in the Park at one of the region's most highly anticipated new developments, Grand Central Park. The old-fashioned fun will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at the Grand Central Park Lake House, 715 Camp Strake Road. The event will feature picnic favorites, popcorn, cotton candy, balloon art and music. The adventurous can try an on-site obstacle course and large zipline.
