Play at Interactive Wallaroo Park in Woodforest Oct. 26

Everyone is invited to play at Woodforest’s newest, most innovative and fully accessible park 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at 110 Wallaroo Way. Wallaroo Park features a Sona Play Arch that is broad enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Smart cameras measure the movement of those playing games using sound and movement, merging outdoor play with interactive technology. The park will be open to the public during this free, sneak-peek event which includes a DJ, complimentary snow cones, popcorn and lemonade. Enter Woodforest Parkway South from Fish Creek Thoroughfare and continue to Deerbourne Ridge. Take a right and follow the road past Stampede Sportsplex and Fox Trail Park.
