The Woodlands Township DBE Mentoring Program Workshop

Join The Woodlands Township for an upcoming workshop to encourage regional small businesses to register as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the City of Houston Office of Business Opportunity (OBO), and to solicit future contracting opportunities for DBE registered small businesses. The workshop will be held in the Spanish and Republic Rooms of The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center.

The workshop will be organized into two sessions. The first session of the workshop will be led by a representative from the City of Houston OBO and will inform attendees how to register small businesses as a DBE.

The second session of the workshop will be led by representatives from The Woodlands Township and will focus on informing existing DBE registered small businesses how to best utilize their certification to solicit additional contracting opportunities with the Woodlands Township.

The workshop will be conducted in English. Requests should be made at least five days before the workshop date. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate these needs.
