We’re firing up the grill with @twistedxbrewing and chefs @ernestovill and @v.a.l.e.n.c.i.a.j.a.i.m.e

They’ve been working on a terrific menu featuring
Smoked goat, curry rubbed, curry bbq sauce, cilantro, coconut rice, pickled dried fruit
“Pibil” smoked pork sandwich, citrus slaw, habanero mayo, and pickled red onions
Chopped “mole” rubbed beef belly tacos, refried beans, mexican crema, topped with in-house pickled jalapeños
