We're bakers with nostalgia to make bread like it should be. The dough is kneaded by hand; it rises while we are doing chores around the house or playing board games at the kitchen table. We use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. We believe that every family should know what is in the food they're eating. We're making the world a ''breader'' place...one loaf at a time!
